What to expect:
-This treatment is the same as massage because it manipulates the joints and tissues (muscle, tendons, ligaments, fascia) of the body, however it is over clothing, and uses deeper, more specific pressure, along with movement to help alleviate pain and dysfunction. 
-You will remain fully clothed throughout the session. 
-RAPID is an evidence and neurologically based. 
-RAPID uses an active, therapeutic technique that addresses the central nervous systems role in alleviating tension and restriction within the body.
-Sessions may be uncomfortable.
